The biggest difference between the two is whether there are obvious gaps in the neck of the doll. There are obvious gaps, which are solid dolls with disassembled heads that connect the body and head together through screws and screw ports; The one-piece doll with no obvious gap at the neck joint looks more like a real person.
Disadvantages:

The head dismantling physical doll has a clear fitting mouth on the neck, which is good if the fitting mouth is covered by a wig, but if exposed, it looks like a fake mannequin from a clothing store;
(2) Easy to damage
Due to the use of screws to rotate or press the head and body, these hardware components will inevitably wear out after long-term use, and the worn parts will make the doll's head fragile;
(3) Easy to seep water
When removing the head for cleaning, if the cleaning method is improper, water can easily flow into the neck gap, causing internal moisture, mold, material deterioration, and other problems;
(4) Skin color difference
Because they are made separately, the skin color of the head and body may differ due to material mixing issues.
