Basically, the order of the physical doll is non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the order is placed. You should know that there will be some fees for refunds.

 

When the goods arrive, first check if there is any damage to the box, and then sign for it. The first thing to do when you get home is to check whether there is any damage. If there is any problem, you should raise it within two hours, and negotiate with the seller on how to deal with it. Generally, if no questions are raised for two hours, the default doll is intact.

 

When we look at it on a computer, there may be a slight error. This is caused by problems such as light, display, and angle. This error is not large.

 

If it is weight, the overall body makeup of the volume is quite different, so be cautious at this time.

 

The surface of some real-life dolls will feel a little rough on the surface. This is a normal phenomenon, not a quality problem. The reason is that the texture maintains the texture of human skin.
