What are the differences between silicone and soft rubber TPE for making physical dolls

2. The TPE for physical dolls is generally around 20000-30000 yuan/ton, and the waste and leftover materials can be 100% recycled and recycled for granulation, reducing costs.

 

3. Injection molding or extrusion process can be used for rapid prototyping, which does not need vulcanization and is easy to process.

 

4. TPE has superior performance in soft touch compared to silicone, and its easy adjustment of hardness and physical properties can better meet the different requirements of customers.
