Application for Public Place Hygiene License:
There is a problem involved here. According to regulations, adult experience stores are not included because they are a new thing. However, compared to places under regulations, such places are generally required to be handled. Therefore, it is recommended to communicate with local government departments.
1. Application form for hygiene permit (provided on-site);
2. Business license (original and duplicate copies); Note: The name of the business license must be the same as the recruitment;
3. ID card and photocopy of the legal representative or responsible person;
4. Copy of property certificate, rental contract and copies;

8. Public place hygiene management organization and system (printed by nearby printing shops);
