In the development history of physical dolls, rubber, latex, and silicone have not actually experienced TPE materials. However, as time passed, silicone dolls did not launch on the historical stage and continued to exist as high-end doll products. This is due to the continuous progress of silicone doll production technology. The advantages of silicone dolls lie in the fact that they are filled at room temperature and have an inner bladder design, which is equivalent to 80% of the doll's flesh and blood. Silicone is 2-3cm thick on the doll's skin, and the inner bladder design is due to the high density of silicone, and all the weight of the doll is on the silicone, The presence of the inner liner greatly reduces the weight of the doll, and the thicker the silicone, the better its elasticity and weight. Generally, the inner liner is made of very light materials such as foaming agents, with low density, and belongs to the category of solid fillers. Since it will not be soft.

 

To solve this problem, during production, key parts of the doll, such as the chest, waist, lower body, buttocks, and inner thighs, will be left empty. After the inner bladder is completed, soft fillers will be added, and the silicone thickness of the parts will be adjusted. Finally, silicone injection will be performed. Taking the chest of a doll as an example, to make it soft, it can be imagined as the process of a real person's breast enlargement. A soft material is placed between the inner liner and silicone, and the thickness of the silicone is adjusted to 2-3mm. This creates a very soft chest, which also has a milky effect. This silicone chest must be softer than TPE's chest, and the other parts of the silicone doll are also made using this process, and the effect is the same, softer than TPE's.
