It is a high-end imported raw material that does not produce excess toxins during the process and has superior antibacterial properties. It is non-toxic, odorless, anti discoloring, aging resistant, and has a long lifespan, making it the best silicone for use in medical or food equipment.

 

TPE is a type of plastic, the largest type of land made doll material, due to various reasons and price advantages. In addition, it is produced by high-temperature melting and hot forming, and any damage can be repaired. The remaining materials can be recycled and reused, so the yield rate is high. It can be said to be a substitute for pure silicone. The material is very soft, and pressing and pinching the doll can reach deep into the skeleton, making it easier to damage due to impact or being cut by sharp objects. Plastic itself has no elasticity, so plasticizers need to be added to soften it. It has obvious odors and can produce oil, so it cannot meet food safety standards. The biggest disadvantage is that the oil production rate is high, requiring a lot of talcum powder to remove the sticky feeling, and dirt is also more easily contaminated. Over time, if the oil is too much, the material will change, in addition to sticky, odorous, moldy, and there is a possibility of cracking. The service life is 1-3 years.
