Precautions for repairing and using physical dolls

Usage issues with physical dolls:
Before using the product, it is necessary to apply lubricant (lubricant is included in the gift), do not be too violent, the doll is delicate, please take care of it as much as possible.
Although the quality of the skeleton is the best material in the country, it is best not to use it violently to avoid unnecessary losses and troubles. Avoid scratching with fingertips and sharp objects.
After all, silicone is not human flesh. If it suddenly breaks due to improper use, please use the repair fluid we randomly distribute to repair it.
(Instructions for using repair agent: Use repair solution to squeeze on the damaged area, close the wound, lay the doll flat, and the wound will recover after 24 hours.) Only after repair can it be used.
Small damage repair method:
If there is minor damage to the physical surface, the adhesive provided can be used for bonding. First, clean the damaged surface and restore the adhesive at the wound to its original position. Apply another layer of glue evenly and wait for about half an hour to dry and solidify. If there are any other technical issues, you can directly contact the seller or manufacturer, and the manufacturer can provide processing techniques according to the situation;
Once the skin of the physical doll is damaged, please stop using it immediately and make effective repairs as soon as possible. It should be noted that TPE resin cannot use ordinary adhesives. When repairing, please use the special repair agent provided by our company. If you need repair fluid, please contact our customer service to purchase it. For larger or more serious damages, please do not repair them directly. Please take photos and contact our customer service to determine the repair plan.
Operating precautions:
1. The physical doll is made of imported safe TPE material, and due to the characteristics of the material itself, it may be damaged and cracked in case of improper use or storage. When moving dolls, be sure to hold onto your torso and not directly pull your limbs or head. Our company promises lifelong maintenance for the dolls sold, and customers only need to bear the round-trip shipping cost. However, it should be noted that large damages may still produce slight scars after repair, making it impossible to achieve 100% restoration and repair;
2. Physical dolls can be freely bent and maintained in various positions, but do not keep them bent or twisted for a long time. They should still be stored in their original packaging state when not in use. Frequent activity or prolonged bending can lead to colloid deformation or surface colloid rupture;
3. When the physical doll is poured into shape, there may be slight spots or imprints on the surface of the resin. Before leaving the factory, the spots and parting lines will be treated, but the marks cannot be completely removed. At the same time, due to the activity design, there may be slight marks on the joints of the doll, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect normal use;
4. The positioning holes, mold seam lines, and local fine spots on the physical doll body are process issues that are inevitable and not quality issues;
5. Due to personal hygiene concerns, physical dolls are best for human use only. Before and after use, pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and try to use them under a condom.
