Simulation doll distribution agency process
All investors who intend to represent our company's physical doll products are welcome to negotiate with both parties. The process is as follows:
Agent consultation - agent application - signing contract - agent authorization - product in place
The first step: agent (distributor) agency consultation, communication with various communication tools, interested parties go to the factory to inspect the quality of physical doll products, and discuss funds, prices, quantities, etc., to see if a consensus can be reached.
1. Preliminary preparations for the agency, agency area and agency level, funds and agency distribution conditions, etc.
2. Further communicate product details, initial purchase quantity, quotation, etc.
Step 2: Fill out the agency distribution application and submit relevant supporting documents.
1. The applicant fills in and submits the "Agent Application Form".
2. The applicant shall provide our company with the following application certification materials, a copy of the applicant's business license and a copy of the relevant documents such as tax registration.
Step 3: Qualification Review
The company reviews and evaluates the documents and prepares standard agency contract documents.
Step 4: Sign the contract
The company officially signed an agency contract agreement with the agent dealer
1. The agent dealer reads the contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties
2. Communicate on the details of the contract agreement, reach a consensus, and formally sign
Step 5: Proxy Authorization
The company issues authorization certificates to agents and provides service support for related sales.
Step 6: Product in place
Product ordering and logistics delivery, materials are in place, business is carried out, and the contract is executed after the contract is signed.
